Large venue projects are organized as staged custom quotes, with a deposit used to confirm the date. For events with many guests, we also require a venue access plan so preparation and setup can be coordinated smoothly.
Because flowers are seasonal, we may suggest thoughtful substitutions when a requested bloom is not available. This helps preserve the intended palette and atmosphere without promising exact varieties year-round.
